israel’s own army chief Lt. Gen. Eyal Zamir has now publicly admitted that the israeli military “failed in its primary mission on October 7 – to protect the civilians of the State of Israel.”
He didn’t try to soften it. He called it a “severe, resounding, systemic failure.”
This shatters the core myth that the united states, britain and every israeli official has used to justify the destruction of Gaza for more than a year.
They told the world this genocide was about “security.”
Zamir has now confirmed that the collapse started inside their own system not in Gaza, not with 2.2 million besieged civilians, but with the israeli military itself.
After months of propaganda blaming everyone except themselves, Zamir has been forced to discipline senior commanders dismissals, blocked future roles, formal reprimands all because an external panel found the army’s internal probes inadequate and incomplete.
And now he wants an independent commission, outside the army entirely.
That alone tells you the scale of the cover-up.
For a year, israel used October 7 as the excuse to starve Gaza.
To bomb hospitals and shelters.
To block food, water, electricity and medicine.
To kill entire families and level entire neighbourhoods.
All “for security.”
Tonight, their own chief of staff admits that the catastrophe of October 7 was not due to Gaza’s civilians.
Not due to the people they have collectively punished.
Not due to the population they trapped under siege.
It came from their failure.
Their arrogance.
Their refusal to listen to their own intelligence warnings.
Their systemic breakdown.
And they destroyed Gaza to hide it.
