ADL is trying to get US taxpayers to pay $4 Billion to Israeli Oct. 7 victims thru the US Victims of State Sponsored Terrorism Act.
Families of 9/11 victims who have fought for 24 years for compensation from countries like Saudi Arabia have failed because our gov protects the perps. In 2015, the US Victims of State Sponsored Terrorism was created to compensate Americans if they can’t pursue justice directly with the responsible country (in other words, our gov said, we’ll protect the perps and use asset forfeitures collected from other countries by the Department of Justice). Many 9/11 families are still waiting for compensation.
Now, the ADL has filed a lawsuit & the Israel lobby wants to change the law to make taxpayers pay Israeli dual-citizens for 10/7.
This is on top of the fact that in 2024, a bill passed giving Americans serving in the IDF similar military benefits as US soldiers
