Meanwhile, China already decoupled, exports to the US dropped from 20% to under 9%, and quietly shifted 70% of its trade to Asia, Africa, and Latin America. America is fighting a war financed by illusion,. the perfect metaphor for an empire that mistakes taxation for triumph.
