It is not “normall in war” for a “military” to kill children at this rate or for children to be such a large percentage of the people killed by a “military.” In fact the IDF is in its own category for killing children this century. (If you adjust for time no other military or militant group is close to the IDF, which has killed close to as many children that all militaries and militant groups combined killed in Syria in about 14 years.)
