France and the UK are now conspiring with the US and others to get a UN mandate for their colonial proxy occupation “stabilization force” to control Gaza and its resistance on behalf of Israel, the US and their allies. This would incorporate and launder the Trump occupation force, and kill the Colombian proposal (advocated by Palestinian & global civil society) for a “Uniting for Peace” mandated protection force that would focus exclusively on protecting Palestinian civilians, ensuring humanitarian aid, securing evidence of Israeli crimes, and assisting reconstruction.
