Be careful when delusional/dishonest commentators claim the US is "retreating" from Asia.
...this hearing in Congress was just this week - not just the continued containment of China but an accelerated policy of transforming Taiwan, Japan, South Korea, and Australia into "Indo-Pacific Ukraines" ...
The hearing accuses China of "expansionism" as it fortifies the South CHINA Sea - but literally mentions China's vulnerable energy supply (because of the US being able to place a blockade on Chinese energy imports - see my earlier post on ongoing US plans for that).
China is clearly reacting to US containment and encroachment (that is only accelerating, not "retreating") - and the US is citing this reaction as "Chinese malign actions."
The "Sealight" organization represented at the hearing is a US government-funded front that compels the Philippines to provoke China then video the reaction so US NED-funded media in the Philippines like Rappler and Western media worldwide can depict China as an "aggressor."
ALL of this is exactly what the US was doing ahead of the now escalating proxy war in Ukraine vs. Russia.
The US isn't retreating - it is doubling down - and ignoring this reality rather than warning about it and speaking up against it gives the US a free hand to continue turning the planet upside down and impeding human progress that will hurt us ALL no matter where we are...
