“Ruth Halperin-Kaddari is the person who was assigned by the Israeli regime to be their rape-hoaxer in chief. She was hired by the Israeli Foreign Ministry to, in her words, "spread their hasbara" about the rape hoax to the world. She went to the UN and forced her close personal friend of many years Pramila Patten to circumvent all of the UN's rules and do a fake "fact-finding mission" to Israel to help launder the rape hoax for them.
This has never been done in the entire history of the UN. They have never before used the position of Pramila Patten to do a "fact-finding mission", because they are not allowed to by the UN's own rules.
Only the UN's Commission of Inquiry, part of the Human Rights Council, has the legal mandate per UN rules to conduct actual real legally binding investigations.”
