Jews in Iran are identified as Kalimi ("he who spoke to God") in official documents (e.g. national ID cards, census), a reference to Moses. Benjamin is a liar. No special clothing is mandated for Jews in Iran, and no law requiring Iranian Jews to wear identifying clothing, symbols, or badges. Jews dress like other Iranians. Religious Jews may wear yarmulkes or traditional attire in private or in synagogues, but this is a voluntary practice, not a state-imposed requirement. Judaism is constitutionally protected under the Iranian constitution (Article 13), with one reserved seat in the Iranian Parliament (Majles).
