Jews having to pay for their own security represents a "Jewish tax," according to the American Jewish Committee's Julie Fishman Rayman. She demands Congress give "at least $500m" to secure Jewish groups through the NSGP*, back pre-crime programs and "reform" Section 230 to censor the internet. *The Nonprofit Security Grant Program (NSGP) is a DHS program going back two decades which Jewish groups have largely monopolized to pay for their own security (receipt below).
