Israel targeted the Iranian Foreign Ministry and hit the library of its Think Tank. Researchers from this Think Tank have been very active in Track 2 diplomacy. Its head recently spoke on the same panel as Barbara Leaf from the US State Department. Israel is killing diplomats.
