We are closely monitoring with concern the disappearance of several citizens who went this afternoon to one of the American aid distribution points in Rafah, southern Gaza Strip.

A number of individuals went there and have not returned to their homes at the time of this statement, and there is still no confirmed information regarding their fate.

We are working to complete the documentation of the missing cases, and we urge anyone with a missing person to contact us and report the case through our website.

We hold the Israeli occupation fully responsible and demand the immediate disclosure of the missing persons’ whereabouts and the assurance of safe and fair protection for humanitarian aid distribution operations.

We warn of the dangers of such incidents recurring amid ongoing security chaos and the absence of protection guarantees for civilians.
