Israel has something called "Mosquito Protocol" in which they kidnap Palestinian civilians, use them as slaves/human shields, & force them to inspect (likely) boobytrapped areas to spare the lives of IDF sniffer dogs. Sometimes after the task is done, the IDF shoots them dead!
