The bill is led by AIPAC funded :
The Court itself will be sanctioned.
The ICC Prosecutor Khan, the Judges and senior officials can be sanctioned.
There will be visa restrictions, including on ICC officials.
Property and financial transactions sanctioned, making it harder for the Court to function.
Possible sanctions on any other country that seeks to implement the ICC warrants.
MIGA DRAINING THE SWAMP?
