Many horrific videos in Syria today. Safe to assume that there are more atrocities that are not being filmed. Even if Jolani -- the former Al Qaeda/ISIS leader -- has magically transformed into a pluralist whose forces no longer want to slaughter minorities, the upshot of flooding a country with weapons and sectarian insurgents since 2011 is that amid state collapse, chaos reigns.
