It turns out much of what was on the White House’s "fact sheets" on Iran were actually just copied and pasted from a pro-Israel think tank. Aaron Maté exposed the deep influence of the FDD, warning that letting lobbyists write U.S. foreign policy has led the administration straight into this catastrophic war. "Steve Witkoff just hired somebody for his negotiating team from the FDD, who basically said we can't negotiate with Iran. Now, he's a part of Steve Witkoff's negotiation team."
