Banksy has confirmed the mysterious new statue that appeared overnight in central London is his work,
he posted video on Instagram showing it being installed in the early hours on a traffic island in Pall Mall,
the 25-foot sculpture shows a suited man striding straight off the end of a plinth while a flag completely covers his face,
a spokesperson said Banksy placed it where there was a bit of a gap near the Athenaeum Club and Crimean War Memorial,
commentators are calling it a sharp comment on blind patriotism and marching into danger,
"WITNESS" and "INTERPRETER" THERE IS MORE TO LIFE THAN ROTI AND DAL . BREAD AND BUTTER
