US President Trump may declare the Iran war "over" ,but don’t be fooled,normalcy isn’t returning.
What’s actually happening is a reset: Iran now wields structural power over the global economy.
It doesn’t need to shut the Strait of Hormuz to assert control, it’s already proven it can impose a 20% premium on global oil risk.
That power isn’t undone by a speech.
If US forces stay put,nothing has changed.
If they pull out, the region doesn’t stabilize,it sinks into a new equilibrium of permanent instability.
Israeli strikes won’t stop.
Iran’s leverage will keep growing.
Energy markets will remain structurally unstable.
The war isn’t ending.
Iran’s newfound geopolitical dominance is now the unavoidable baseline.
