This is psychotic. Trump is openly announcing that after the kidnapping of Maduro, Venezuela will now be forced to spend its oil revenue exclusively on American products. Venezuela sells its oil → the money is recycled back into U.S. corporations → the U.S. controls the grid, medicine, agriculture, and energy infrastructure → compliance is enforced by sanctions, blockades, and the implicit threat of further force.
