There's a pattern here. When Hillary lost to Donald Trump, her campaign blamed a fictional Russian "disinformation" campaign to defeat her and install its asset Trump in office. In other words, whatever interferes with her political agenda is merely "disinformation", and the masses are dupes for believing it. The only dupes are the media and political figures who went along with this condescending paranoia:
