A few days ago, I wrote in a tweet 'Israel is the Russia they have scared you about', and it resonated with a lot of people. Sometimes a few words are enough to convey big meanings.
So I have another short, explosive sentence for you, I just realized in words this morning, and it may help you see the picture in front of you more clearly:
Zionism was likely never about Ashkenazi Jews colonizing Palestine. Palestine is too small and insignificant for this very ambitious set of people.
Zionism was created for Ashkenazi Jews to colonize the US (and the rest of the West). That's where big money and power reside, and the catapult to colonize the rest of the planet. Palestine is just the lever. A theatrical mechanism to distract from what's really going on. A false, endless justification. A hypnotic spell.
Now, you can see it, too: the US and the West have been fully colonized, with the old, false romantic dream of Zionism as the foot in the door
