Palestinian journalist Ahmed Alnaouq confronted the BBC at a meeting held after a media watchdog found the BBC was "systematically biased" against Palestinians in its coverage of Israel's war on Gaza. Turning to BBC's news director, Alnaouq asked "How do you sleep at night?"
