The ABC's "we believe races exist" all-staff email is so grim. How has this case not been settled? Can someone tell Kim Williams, when you're explaining, you're losing.

What a mess. The ABC’s submission that

will have to prove there is such a thing as a Lebanese race has clearly caused such consternation among staff that the head of HR today had to reassure them via email that the ABC does recognise races.. that email found its way to the court room and was tendered by he lawyer, though the details of what the document revealed was not available to those of us observing. Looks like it may have found its way into journalists’ inboxes around the country. Here is the relevant section of the submission
