'ICJ must act or rebuilding Gaza will be impossible'

Israel can't ban independent investigators from entering Gaza then say the ICJ cannot

 rule against it because of 'insufficient evidence', South Africa's legal team tell the ICJ 

as the court hears the case that Israel is violating the Genocide Convention in Gaza.
