Two months into the Gaza genocide, an Israeli volunteer tech group launched a bot called Social Watch.
By its own account, it finds activists at big companies posting what it calls “anti-Israeli” content and tips off their employers. Their words: a bot that “identifies activists promoting propaganda in major global corporations and informs their employers.”
Nothing says free speech like trying to get people fired for criticising the genocide. Very organic.
