Given the attempts to control funding for arts institutions in Australia using the IHRA, and control of speech by a venue owners, at some point the public will be so disgusted en masse they may just stay away from their stadiums.

Lawyers for the MSO won the case because the judge accepted Jayson would have been canceled had he spoken up in support of any cause not approved by the Board. The judge did not address the discrimination inherent in their decision to support comment about Ukraine and not Palestine.
