Now Trump has officially filed an appeal against the forced full release of the Epstein files.
Trump refuses to name the senders and recipients in eight email exchanges with Epstein.
Those messages are about a torture video and sexual activity involving 2 minors.
Acting Attorney General Todd Blanche has challenged U.S. District Judge Emmet Sullivan's June 2026 preliminary injunction in the Phang v. Blanche lawsuit.
The order forced the DOJ to unredact materials from the Epstein files.
Trump's team has also been ordered to explain every blacked out line.
The case is now heading to the D.C. Circuit.
The district judge has already warned Trump and his lawyers about contempt.
