Just thinking about the US gold heists of this century.
If Yemen sufficiently weakens Saudi Arabia, and Iran weakens Qatar, Kuwait, and UAE, then expect US military to swoop into the capitals to steal central bank gold reserves.
The central banks are not heavily defended. Soft targets.
US just needs to take and hold the airport and roads long enough for each heist, as practiced in Caracas, Tripoli, and Baghdad.
• Saudi Arabia: ~323 tonnes (stable at 323.07 tonnes as of Q1 2026 / March 2026; longstanding holdings ranking it among the top holders in the Arab world and globally around 18th).
• Qatar: ~115 tonnes (as of March 2026; has increased in recent years through purchases).
• Kuwait: ~79 tonnes (78.98 tonnes as of March 2026 / late 2025).
• United Arab Emirates: ~75 tonnes (around 74.5–75 tonnes as of late 2025/March 2026; slight variations in reporting).
• Oman: ~6.7 tonnes (6.73 tonnes as of March 2025; data less frequently updated).
• Bahrain: ~4.7 tonnes (4.67 tonnes as of March 2026).
