The sheer audacity is staggering. Washington behaves as if it has the right to charge tolls for security services in a region on the other side of the planet, treating international waterways as if they were its own private territory.
This looks less like protection and more like an attempt to monetize military power.
You started a reckless war that spectacularly backfired, and now you’re dumping the cost of your own failure on everyone else while pretending you have authority over a strait thousands of kilometers from your own shores....
