President Trump is privately complaining that Israel is trying to drag the U.S. back into war with Iran by continuing attacks in Lebanon despite the U.S.-Iran memorandum of understanding, according to a report by Zeteo, which cites four sources: three people with direct knowledge of Trump’s discussions and one person briefed on the matter.
“He’s swearing a lot about it,” a close Trump adviser reportedly told Zeteo.
A separate Trump administration official added that Trump is currently “definitely madder at the Israelis than the Iranians.”
