Israeli Lobby prevails and Trump takes only 24h to attack Iran
On June 8, Iran decided to carry out what I would call a symbolic attack on Israel, in retaliation for the attacks in Lebanon. It was obvious that Netanyahu knew Iran would move against the attacks in Lebanon, as it needs to repay Hezbollah’s loyalty during the last war.
The Iranian attack, lacking any capacity for saturation, merely gave Israel the opportunity to heavily attack targets in Iran. Targets of a war that Netanyahu needs to keep going so that he doesn’t end up behind bars.
Trump’s posture of containing Netanyahu in front of the cameras was nothing more than stagecraft so that he could maintain the narrative that there is an advanced peace plan.
I would say here that anyone who believes this talk suffers from Maladaptive Daydreaming. In fact, Trump did not think it was the timing for heavy attacks, and Netanyahu knew that failing to respond would only deepen the problems with his popularity.

In response, several boats equipped with Kowsar-222 shipborne surface-to-air missiles engaged the helicopters. And according to the information I possess, more than one helicopter was hit, but only one was downed.
What changed? Previously, drones were being shot down, and now they decided to have the brilliant idea of deploying Apaches.
