President Trump had to call Israeli Prime Minister Netanyahu before responding to Iran's peace offer because he has given Netanyahu veto power over all negotiations with Iran. I can't recall another instance in US history when a US president has bent the knee and shown more subservience to a leader of a foreign country let alone a tiny country like Israel which is a little larger than El Salvador. 

It is humiliating for me as an American to have our president behave like a vassal and controlled asset of a foreign power. It suggests that Netanyahu's claim that Israel is replacing the US as the global superpower might have some basis in fact because Israel now has the US armed forces at its beck and call to fight its wars and do its bidding.
