Iran gets $25 billion. (Basically reparations under a different name). Big win for Iran.
Removal of highly enriched uranium to a Third Country (probably Pakistan or Russia. Face saving win for Trump.
Acceptance of Iran's right to 3.67% enrichment. Big win for Iran.
Closure of nuclear facilities excluding the Tehran reactor, solely for medical purposes. Win for Trump.
No regime change. A big win for Iran.
No limits on ballistic missiles. A big win for Iran.
No limits of sending weapons to allies such as Hezbollah. Iran win.
