More evidence this whole claim of a deal has been a charade. President Trump appears to be setting the stage to return to war by claiming Iran backed out of a deal. But Iran NEVER had the reprocessed nuclear material on the negotiating table in this round. 

If it’s “no dust, no deal” then a return to war was the plan all along.
