Oman, Saudi, Qatar, Iraq, and Kuwait were not party to the Joint Statement on navigation of Strait of Hormuz. Only UAE and Bahrain joined from the Gulf. Noted. Iran and Oman share exclusive legal jurisdiction over the Strait of Hormuz. No one else gets a say in its management.
