Which state is targeting Persian Gulf oil facilities then? The Saudis are refuting the Washington Post's claims that MbS urged Trump to launch a war on Iran - they say the opposite is true. We know there is an effort to sideline MbS by the pro-Israel crowd. So strikes on Saudi oil facilities are likely a western or Israeli attempt to drag KSA into the conflict or to collapse it in favor of the UAE.
