Arab leaders call President Putin: We need to stop the war with Iran faster: "Today, on March 2, Russian President Vladimir Putin spoke by phone with UAE President Mohammed Bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Emir of Qatar Tamim Bin Hamad Al Thani and King of Bahrain Hamad Bin Isa Al Khalifa. The main purpose of the calls is to end the war with Iran unleashed by the United States and Israel. The need for an early ceasefire and a return to the political and diplomatic process was noted. Vladimir Putin recalled that the Russian side has done a lot in terms of promoting a peaceful settlement of the situation around the Iranian nuclear program and searching for mutually acceptable compromises.
