Just days after a leaked 2021 memo exposed a secret deal to embed Israeli Shin Bet agents into the UAE’s police force, the US Treasury (OFAC) has dropped the hammer.
Feb 19, 2026: OFAC sanctions Algoney Hamdan Daglo, the RSF procurement chief operating out of the UAE.
The connection? The same UAE-based front companies and "security consultancies" used to host Israeli intelligence are the ones fueling the brutal war in Sudan.
