Israel has removed most major aid organizations in Gaza and replaced them with Palantir. Here is why that is incredibly dangerous:
1) Palantir Technologies’ Artificial Intelligence Platform (AIP) facilitated unlawful force and target identification in Gaza. The report alleges Palantir’s tools were integrated into Israeli military systems like "Lavender" and "Gospel" to create target lists.
2) Israel's new registration rules, which mandate that aid groups provide employee and operation details, have sparked fears that this data—potentially managed via Palantir's AI—could be used for military targeting or retaliation against staff.
3) There is concern Gaza is being used as a "laboratory" to train AI models on civilian movements, which are then marketed globally.
4) Palantir provides predictive policing systems used to identify and preemptively arrest individuals deemed likely to commit attacks. Human rights advocates suggest these tools help maintain what the UN has described as a constantly surveilled open-air prison.
5) Palantir is involved in creating the new concentration camp being created in Rafah. Palantir is providing the "digital backbone" for these operations, using AI to monitor movements within these confined zones.
This as a shift toward aid delivery based on military/state surveillance rather than humanitarian need. The removal of aid agencies and their replacement with a predatory AI military organization is essential for the escalation of the genocide to its final stage.
