Oswald Rufeisen was a Polish Jew who converted to Christianity, then became a priest, and was then denied citizenship in Israel, proving that DNA does not make one a Jew. The waters of baptism did not change Rufeisen's DNA but it did put an end to his Jewish identity, which is rebellion against Christ and in particular rebellion against Christ as the Logos Incarnate.

The Jews do not allow DNA testing because they know it would discredit their biological claim to Palestine. But the Jews abandoned that claim in the Rufeisen case by claiming that the waters of baptism changes Jewish DNA.
