NEW: Unclassified FBI FD-1023 (CHS report) documents extensive claims of foreign influence, intelligence co-option, and political infiltration involving U.S. elites, Israeli networks, Russian capital flows, and Gulf-state actors.
The CHS reports that Harvard Law Professor Alan Dershowitz exerted influence over students from wealthy families, including Jared Kushner and Josh Kushner, and claimed that Dershowitz stated that “if he were young again, he would be holding a stun gun as an Israeli intelligence (Mossad) agent.”
The CHS stated a belief that Dershowitz had been co-opted by Mossad, subscribed to its mission, and maintained ongoing contact connected to Israeli intelligence interests.
The report states that Jeffrey Epstein was represented by Dershowitz, and that Dershowitz told then–U.S. Attorney Alex Acosta that Epstein “belonged to both U.S. and allied intelligence services.”
The CHS documented communications between Dershowitz and Epstein, after which Israeli intelligence allegedly contacted Dershowitz to debrief him.
Epstein is described as having close ties to former Israeli Prime Minister Ehud Barak, who was trained in intelligence operations, with the CHS concluding that Epstein himself had been co-opted by Mossad.
The CHS reports that Chabad networks were actively working to co-opt the Trump presidency, describing Chabad as a state-aligned political structure used in oligarch management.
The report links Ivanka Trump and Jared Kushner to senior Chabad leadership networks and states that Kushner concealed financial interests tied to Russian state-linked entities.
The CHS states that Kushner family charities should be investigated for corruption and money laundering, claiming that Chabad-linked charities are routinely used for laundering operations.
The document highlights deep business ties between the Kushner family and Israel, along with allegations of corrupt business practices and election-law violations.
The CHS claims Jared Kushner was running a parallel State Department operation, separate from official U.S. diplomatic structures.
The report links Leon Black (Constellis/Blackwater network) to Epstein through large financial transfers and documents Apollo’s $184M loan to the Kushners during the 666 Fifth Avenue collapse.
Elliott Broidy is described as a major Trump fundraiser involved in UAE lobbying, sanctions pressure operations, and money laundering schemes.
