The PA filed to register 14 West Bank archaeological sites with UNESCO for protection against Israeli appropriation, and Israel’s Heritage Minister Amichai Eliyahu called it “archaeological terrorism.” Protecting your own land and cultural sites from being stolen is terrorism.
