OK, this is where I put my professional hat on. Goldfeder assumes no-one knows how American sanctions operate. But I do. It's all about banks. If Goldfeder succeeds in his lawsuit, Amazon and other booksellers will be unable to offer the book for sale in US dollars, because US correspondent banks will be unable lawfully to process the transactions. This will apply to US dollar transactions anywhere in the world. Furthermore, sales in other currencies may also be impeded if local banks decline to handle the transactions for fear of breaching US sanctions. I have no doubt that you know this,
