Why are entire populations pre-judged, while entire empires are pre-excused?

I am not debating your personal journey with Islam.
That is yours.
What I am challenging is the category error you just made.
Every ideology on earth has texts that can be selectively weaponized.
The Bible.
The Torah.
The Quran.
Marx.
Locke.
Even liberal democracy.
Yet only one category is treated as an explanation in itself.
When a Muslim commits violence, the religion becomes the cause.
When a Westerner commits violence, the ideology disappears.
It is never called "Christian terrorism."
Never "liberal terrorism."
Never "Western terrorism."
It is lone wolf.
Mental health.
Security failure.
Geopolitics.
That asymmetry is not accidental.
It is narrative power.
You can leave Islam.
You can criticize Islam.
That is your right.
But when entire populations are pre-framed as suspects,
When conclusions arrive before evidence,
When one civilization’s violence is contextualized
And another’s is essentialized,
That is not analysis.
That is pre-authorization.
And it is used not to explain terror but to justify policy, war, surveillance, and collective punishment.
Because the question was never
"Why do some people commit violence?"
The question is:
Why are entire populations pre-judged, while entire empires are pre-excused?
