Palestinian Christians are not Jews, and they follow Jesus, not Mohammed. I can't believe I have to remind you of their existence. The word "Palestine" was not coined by the Romans. It is much older. For example, Herodotus, writing in the 5th century BC, talks about "Syria-Palaestina".
