A document just happened to “leak” by coincidence funded by the Israeli Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
Its recommendations? Simple:
Crank up Islamophobia. Make Americans fear Muslims. That way, killing Palestinians and stealing their land becomes “self-defense”! 
In short: Demonize the Muslim so stealing his homeland sounds justified.
But hey, no conspiracy here. Just another coincidence, like always!
