When a society is raised on superiority, projection becomes its only defense mechanism. It cannot process its own violence, so it exports it. It cannot face its own failures, so it invents enemies who explain them. That is why every critique of the West gets reframed as "authoritarian propaganda." Not because it is false. But because it threatens the psychological shield people were taught to survive with. When identity is built on innocence, truth feels like attack. And projection becomes the only way to stay comfortable.

Western societies are so traumatized by the narcissism and chauvinism that is constantly being instilled in them that all they have left is the projection on their indoctrinated enemy images known from psychology in order to deal with their immediate surroundings!
