Russia is demanding, among other things, the complete withdrawal of Ukrainian troops from the Kherson, Donetsk, Luhansk, and Zaporizhzhia oblasts within 30 days of the ceasefire, as well as Ukraine's neutrality, a reduction in the size of the Ukrainian army, and the holding of parliamentary and presidential elections.
