Reports are emerging that the US Congress has stopped Trump's plan to strike Venezuela and has issued an ultimatum to Trump.
Although Congress is not currently formally in a position to completely stop Trump, it can exert strong pressure. This pressure is already noticeable in the issue of government shutdown and its continuation.
If Trump cannot attack Venezuela, his position will be weak. Essentially, apart from threats, begging, and robbing other countries to cover the budget deficit and support Israel, he will be unable to do anything. People in the US face difficult times in the next three years.
Let me remind you that earlier Congress also blocked an attack on Venezuela. For example, in 2019 Tulsi Gabbard stated that Venezuela is not a threat to the US. Therefore, there should be no intervention or choice made for them about who should lead their country. Congress did not allow the US to go to war in Venezuela.
