The intentions of the Great Trust, the precedent of the Board of Peace, was to seize the 30% of Gaza, its public lands, for their "projects".
"Trump’s February vow to own and redevelop Gaza offered both a green light and a road map for the group of Israeli businessman, led by entrepreneurs Michael Eisenberg, an Israeli American, and Liran Tancman, a former Israeli military intelligence officer. They had already handed off the GHF project to implementers and moved on to the postwar problem in consultation with international financial and humanitarian experts, and potential government and private investors, as well as some Palestinians, according to people familiar with the planning.
...Gaza’s reconstruction would start with the removal of massive amounts of debris and unexploded ordnance, along with the rebuilding of utilities and the electrical grid.
Initial costs would be financed using as collateral the 30 percent of Gaza land that planners have said is already “publicly” owned and would immediately belong to the trust. That is “the biggest and easiest. No need to ask anyone,” Tancman noted in the margin of one trust planning document seen by The Post. “I’m afraid to write that,” Eisenberg replied in a note, “because it could look like appropriation of land.”

It could be argued that the Great Trust has nothing to do with Blair's plan. This is not true. Points 9 to 11 in Trump's 20-point plan reaffirm, without going into detail, the colonial nature of this "peace process." Simply put, as in Blair's plan (GITA), the most scandalous details are omitted. But the Great Trust is already being implemented.
If you look at the infographic in the Great Trust prospectus, you will see a desalination plant that, according to the plan, was to be built in the Sinai. It has already been built (with UAE funding) and is operational. And Egypt is building a refugee camp in central Gaza, which, according to the Trust, would be controlled by the Gaza Humanitarian Foundation. The actors have changed, but not the facts.
In any case, given the design of the project, which reserves most of Gaza's territory for business projects and resorts, it is impossible that the expulsion of most of Gaza's Palestinians is not already planned.
And once the lands of Gaza are in the hands of the Great Trust/ Board of Peace, with absolute powers over Gaza, nothing prevents them from leasing all or a good portion of that public or private land to Israeli investors or give part of the land/gas to Israel as spoils of war. They would never leave. Not to mention that Israel has no intention of withdrawing from the more than 50% of Gaza it currently occupies.
