Israel is systematically ramming, boarding, blocking and debilitating the Sumud Flotilla. This is done under cover of darkness, on Yom Kippur, when Israel once fought a war for its survival. None of this is legal under any international charter or covenant. The great IDF, incapable of achieving (and defining) "victory" in its genocide of the Palestinians, has all the time and resources it wants to carry out a mendacious, despairing "war on terror" against dozens of boats manned by the bravest of the brave.
No aid the flotilla could have brought Gaza would have been even remotely sufficient in alleviating the horrors of the genocide. That was not the point. The flotilla meant to reveal Israel for what it is - capable of unleashing its tremendous power exclusively against civilians, interested only in cementing its stangle hold on Gaza so it can continue its genocide, now silently approved by the "peace deal" discussed in Washington, caring only for demonstrating Israeli impunity and supremacy, cowardly and hateful and murderous.
The flotilla is the only immediately effective way to reveal this in action. No military actions appear to be forthcoming. The brave women and men sailing in the flotilla are the front line against the particular threat Israel represents any future humanity may have in solidarity. Their lives and well-being are on Israel's hands. Love and respect and power to them all.
